Lords Seat
High above Bassenthwaite Lake two girls sit on the summit of Lords Seat and enjoy the late Winter light. Then there is the view of course, looking West toward the Solway Firth and the Scottish hills beyond.
Shooting in this sort of winter light with snow on the ground can lead to under exposure problems so don't forget to take off a stop of light to any exposure meter reading as your meter thinks it is brighter than it actually is.
